class cancellations
- To avoid a late fee, please cancel your reservation online 10 hours prior to class start time. Phone call/voicemail cancellations not accepted.
- If you are a monthly Unlimited member, you will be charged a $15 late fee if class is canceled in the 10-hour window prior to class start time, or a $20 for no shows.
- If you are on the 8-pack, you will not be charged additional fees for late cancellations but you will lose one of your monthly credits. No shows will be charged $20.
- If you are a drop in, new client special or on a class pack you will be charged $20 no show.
private session cancellations
To avoid extra fees, please cancel your reservation online 24 hours prior to start time.
please arrive on time
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled class, your spot may be offered to someone waiting at the studio to get into the class. Please do not arrive more then 10min before class begins.
waitlist
If classes are full, place yourself on the waitlist online. If you get a spot in the class, a notification will be sent to you and you can choose to accept or decline the spot. The waitlist closes 10 hours prior to class start time, if a spot opens up after that, it is first come first serve.
new clients
Must arrive 10 minutes before class so you can meet the instructor, purchase grip socks (if applicable), and get acquainted with the studio. If you do not arrive 10 minutes before, you will be asked to reschedule for a different time.
minors
14-16 years old can attend group class with a parent or receive private lessons by themselves with parental consent. 17 years old can attend group classes by themselves with parental consent and signed waiver.
Grips socks are required for all of our classes. They can be purchased at the studio or you can bring your own.

studio etiquette
Please respect your instructor and fellow Pilates friends by silencing your cell phones and refrain from talking on your phone or texting during class.
Do not bring your children with you to the studio.
hygiene
Pilates Haus prioritizes cleanliness and comfort. Please ensure you arrive showered and in fresh, scent-free workout gear. This courtesy helps us maintain a pleasant and hygienic space for all participants.
Lockers are located at the back of the studio for your personal items. Do not leave your personal items in the retail area or on the studio floor.

membership
No membership contracts. Monthly packages will continue to auto-renew until The Pilates Haus is provided with a 30-day written/in-person cancellation notice from the member.
freezes
Members are able to request a membership freeze. Freezes occur in 1 month increments (maximum of 3 months per calendar year). Members will acquire a $50/month fee in place of membership dues. Memberships cannot be canceled when on a freeze.
All sales are final (class credits, retail, etc). No returns unless the product is damaged.

The Pilates Haus is a cash free establishment.
