Our team of comprehensively trained instructors brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to each class. We offer Reformer-based workouts with the addition of weight lifting, barre, and mat work. Explore our class offerings, book a session, and experience the difference of a modern Pilates studio.

Class Descriptions

  • 50 Minutes

    For those that are brand new to the reformer and wanting to learn more about fundamental Pilates movements.

    This class will focus on creating a solid foundation in your Pilates practice and emphasize the core. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and connected to your powerhouse.

    Fundamentals will provide a full body workout at a moderate pace, incorporate stretching throughout, and offer modifications if needed.

    *No experience necessary

    *Suitable for pregnancy and those with injuries, if cleared by doctor

  • 50 Minutes

    A perfect class for those that are ready to kick it up a notch after taking a few Fundamentals classes or have some prior reformer experience.

    Flow 1 will move at a steady pace and incorporate some stretching. This class will start to introduce participants to standing and kneeling on the reformer to challenge balance and stabilization, but modifications can be provided for those with injuries or are pregnant.

    Reformer based but props such as the bosu, sitting box, hand weights, resistance bands, and ball could be used.

    *1-3 months of reformer experience preferred

    *Suitable for pregnancy if cleared by doctor

  • 50 Minutes

    Confidence and experience on the reformer are key for Flow 2!

    This athletic class will move at a quicker pace, challenging balance, and coordination skills, emphasize time under tension, and improve mind-body connection.

    Flow 2 will provide a full body workout offering more advanced variations and flow from one exercise to the next. Reformer based but props such as the bosu, sitting box, hand weights, resistance bands, and ball could be used.

    *3+ months reformer experience preferred

    *Not suitable for clients with serious injuries or are pregnant

  • 50 Minutes

    Cardio babes, this one’s for you! Circuit will incorporate the reformer, weight training, cardio bursts, and other props, such as the bosu, balls, and resistance bands.

    This class is bound to get your heart rate elevated and challenge you from head to toe!

    Circuits will change daily, and no equipment is off limits.

    *3+ months reformer experience preferred

  • 50 Minutes

    Sculpt will give you the barre burn you love but also incorporate more full body work.

    This class will be split between the reformer and ballet barre, emphasizing the lower body, while incorporating upper body and core work as well.

    Get ready to tighten, tone, sculpt, hold, pulse, and shake in this fun upbeat class! Light hand weights, balls, resistance bands, and the bosu are likely to be used in this format.

    *3 months of reformer experience preferred

  • 50 Minutes

    Prioritize recovery by scheduling yourself some self-love time!

    Slow things down with our Stretch + Renew class and enjoy dimmed lights, softer music, and slower paced movements.

    The instructor will take you through active and static stretching, light core work, and get you feeling renewed. This class will be reformer based but might include the mat and other props such as the foam roller, balls, or the sitting box.
