At The Pilates Haus, our reformer-based workouts are thoughtfully designed to align you physically, mentally, and spiritually. Each class offers an empowering  environment to support your journey toward becoming your best self.

  • 50 Minutes

    Set the tone for your Pilates Haus practice. Connect your mind & body through progressive reformer-based sequences that move at an adaptable pace. Improve muscle tone, flexibility, alignment & strength in a supportive setting for all levels of fitness.


    *No experience necessary

    *Suitable for pregnancy and those with injuries, if cleared by a doctor

  • 50 Minutes

    Challenge your endurance, strengthen your resilience & boost your confidence in our signature reformer workout. Flow through a dynamic mix of classic & contemporary exercises for a transformative experience that enhances both your physical & mental strength, empowering you to take on whatever life throws your way.


    *1-3 months of reformer experience preferred

    *Suitable for pregnancy if cleared by doctor

    Elevate & transform your fitness with this total body strength & conditioning workout, featuring cardio bursts & a variety of equipment such as, the reformer, weights, bands & bosu. This dynamic session targets all major muscle groups enhancing strength and stability while boosting your energy & endurance.

    *3+ months reformer experience preferred

    *Not suitable for clients with serious injuries or are pregnant

    A Haus reformer & mat workout using bangles, balls, barre, bands & light weights to define and tone. With high-repetition, low-impact moves, it elevates your heart rate and sculpts a long, lean physique.

  • Heated Mat Sculpt is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines Pilates & strength training in a heated environment. Designed to challenge your endurance and build lean muscle, this class incorporates controlled, high-rep movements using light weights, resistance bands & bodyweight exercises. The added heat enhances flexibility, increases circulation & promotes detoxification, leaving you feeling strong, sculpted and revitalized.
